Hard to tell if it is coming from the top end or bottom end. That is why this bike is being auctioned as a project bike/parts bike, to be sold "as is" and bike must be trailered after purchase. The one reason this bike is being sold this way is because it does not meet the standards of what we put on our floor. The paint on this bike is in good condition but the bag lids do have a couple of scratches on them, Nothing major. The chrome is very decent, the fork sliders have slight pitting but again nothing major. The tires are great, in fact the rear one is new and the front one is near new. Average retail for these bikes are around $8000.
